What is Reserveline?

Reserveline is a great way to find discounts on your favourite services. Our providers offer the best beauty, sport, education, health, event and vehicle repair deals available. 
We are revolutionizing the daily deal industry with our new marketplace. It is built on the idea that the price of a service depends on no marketing campaign or sales flow, but the timeframe and current demand. Reserveline is piloting in London, UK. More cities will come as soon as possible – we are definitely working on it! 
Find a fantastic service providershelp them out with a more flexible appointment and get a discount in return.

How does Reserveline work?

Choose from among several  appointments available for a specific service. If you are flexible, choose a time where the service provides gives the most discount.  They get a client in a time slot they find difficult to market, you get a great price. Everyone is happy.

How can I make a complaint about a service provider?

We are handpicking service providers to avoid such unpleasant experiences. In the unlikely event you encounter any problems during your appointment that you feel we need to know, do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail (support@Reserveline.co.uk) or by phone at ……………………………. We will do everything in our power to resolve the situation. Please do so within 7 days after your appointment.
To make a complaint please prepare/include the following information:

-    Name of the service provider
-    Deal number
-    The nature of the problem

My Purchases

I can’t find my confirmation email.

If you are using a Gmail account and can’t find our confirmation email, check the other e-mail sorting sections (Social and Promotions by default), it should be there. In case you use another e-mail provider, check if it was moved to the spam folder. Yes, there it is! 
Still not found? Then drop us an e-mail at support@reserveline.co.uk.

My confirmation email hasn’t arrived yet.

According to Discovery Channel there are some little e-mail-fairies, who apparently try to steal some crucial e-mail at the worst time. 
If you can’t find your confirmation email, don’t despair. Check in the My Bought Deals section of your Profile. You will find every single deal you ever bought through Reserveline there. As long as it’s there, everything should be fine.

I can’t find my purchased Deal in My Bought Deals.

If you didn’t receive a confirmation email and can’t find the purchased Deal in the My Bought Deals section of your profile, then it’s possible you didn’t manage to buy the Deal in the first place.
Check your Payment Method Provider’s website/app to see if the transaction really happened. If money has been deducted from you, then contact us immediately at support@reserveline.co.uk so we can sort this out asap.

I am struggling to get in touch with a service provider

Reaching a service provider through the phone can sometimes be a difficult goal to achieve. Try contacting them via e-mail or personally if you are able to do so. If none of that works, we’ll try to help you – just send an e-mail to support@reserveline.co.uk.

To help you we require the following:

-    Deal reference number
-    Your name, email address and optionally a phone number
-    Name of service provider 
-    Service provider telephone number(s) or email(s) you tried

What if I need to change my booking?

Most of the service providers offer 24-48 hours cancellation. If you want to reschedule a booked appointment simply call the service provider (or contact us at support@reserveline.co.uk if you are not able to reach the service provider).

Using Reserveline

Help, I can't log in!

Those nasty passwords… We forget them too. Simply click on the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link and you will get a new password in your e-mail account. We strongly advise to modify that new password after you log in with it.

How can I change some of my Reserveline account details?

In case you have already created a profile, you will need to sign in at the top of reserveline.co.uk. Once you’re logged in, click PROFILE, then MANAGE DATA.

How can I unsubscribe from one of your newsletters?

You will find an unsubscribe button at the bottom of every newsletter we send out. Just click on it. If you have trouble doing that, contact us at support@reserveline.co.uk

How can I give feedback for a service provider or deal?

You can write a review and  rate the service after you bought a deal.

Can you remove a review posted on your site?

Yes, we can, but it is unlikely that we we’ll do it. The basic idea behind reviews is that they should be only modified by the user who posted it (you). There could be some situations where it has to be moderated or deleted (when breaking Terms of Use or law). If you feel there’s an issue with a certain rerview, please report it to support@reserveline.co.uk

Our affiliate solution is currently in development. Meanwhile you can use various social media services (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to share Deals.
